Legal Aid

If you are on a low income or on state benefits you may be entitled to free advice and assistance funded by the Legal Services Commission. We will assess your eligibility when you first contact us.

If you are not eligible for legal aid, our work will be on a private fee paying basis. Usually we will charge for the work undertaken at an agreed hourly rate.

In some cases we can represent you on a No Win - No Fee basis. Where this is appropriate we will prepare a written agreement and we will explain to you carefully how the arrangement will work.
