The Social Welfare Network aims to provide high quality, independent legal advice via online video conferencing (webcam).

All potential clients will need to do is visit their nearest advice centre to access a solicitors or advisor in another location.

In particular, the service gives priority to clients who do not or cannot access direct face to face advice services such as: the elderly; young people; people with disabilities; ethnic minorities or those who live at a distance from service in both urban and rural settings.
Agencies may wish to become part of the Social Welfare Network web cam advice group. Joining the network is easy and will enable your organisation to offer legal advice, and allow clients to obtain information and advice from outside agencies via web cam.

For further information please contact us:

Registration

On registering you will receive a username and password which will allow your agency to access the network. All you require is access to broadband (ASDL Max Broadband). You can obtain further advice from your local broadband supplier or BT.
